KITA Foundation was founded in 2024 in Pittsburgh to promote transitional justice through cross-cultural, interracial and intergenerational communication and understanding.
KITA, meaning "we" or "us" in Austronesian languages, serves as the inspiration for our logo design.
Our concept aims to unite individuals into a collective "us." The colors and lines in our design symbolize the ocean, connecting our memories and knowledge across generations. It embraces the diversity found across different geographical locations, creating a secure network where mutual learning thrives.
