This lecture explores Taiwan’s transformation towards democracy by examining a diverse range of historical narratives, especially those that have long been untold. '

This lecture is a part of the IU Chinese Flagship Program’s lecture series. Interested IU students, staff, and faculty are welcome to attend. The lecture will be in Mandarin (Chinese) with an upper-level student doing a live translation via Zoom.

If you plan to attend the lecture virtually or need the Live Translation (please bring a phone, tablet, etc.), it is recommended to register in advance (before the event) to receive the Zoom link. Pizza will be served at 5:45 PM and the lecture begins at 6 PM.
